How is your business eco-friendly?

I try my best to reduce my ecological footprint by using post-consumer recycled and reused shipping materials whenever possible. This includes shipping boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, packing peanuts, and other single-use shipping materials.

Is everything handmade?

All of my candles, wax melts, and sprays are made by hand, either one at a time or in small batches. My stickers and labels are also made by me, and my wax melters are bought wholesale.

Can I purchase your candles in person?

I currently stock a few local small businesses in the Cleveland, Ohio area. They are Buckland Museum of Witchcraft & Magick and Cleveland Curiosities. However, the selection of my candles at each of these retailers is limited. I often sell my products at local craft fairs and other events, and offer a much wider selection. Check out my social media to see where I’ll be next!

How long will my order take to arrive?

As of right now, the majority of my products are made to order. This means that I do not keep very many in stock; I make them as the order comes in. Therefore, it may take 2-3 weeks for your order to get to you, depending on your location and my current workload.

Will a car freshie melt if it gets too hot/are they made of wax?

Car freshies are made of aroma beads! They are a plastic material. They CAN melt in extreme temperatures/direct sunlight in very hot places like Florida, Texas, California, etc. I have not had any melt in less extreme climates. I recommend a sunshade if you are in one of these hotter areas, just to be safe!

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

This can be determined on a case by case basis. If you would like to return something for any reason, please contact me.

What should I do if my candle was melted/damaged during shipping?

If it is currently hot where you live (75+ degrees Fahrenheit), I highly recommend paying the extra fee for a shipping ice pack (the fee is due to the extra weight of the package). If you do not, and your product melts during shipping, I am not responsible for replacing it. If the candle is damaged in some other way, please contact me so that we can discuss a solution.

Do you ship internationally?

I do ship internationally! However, the costs of international shipping can be pretty expensive, and the customer is responsible for paying these costs. I recommend finding a friend who would also like to buy something, and split the cost of shipping to make it more affordable.

I want “all natural” candles, do you use essential oils?

Despite popular belief, many essential oils are not safe to burn and can be toxic to humans (specifically children) and animals. Candles marketed as “made with essential oils” are either not safe, or use a very small amount, mixed with other artificial fragrance oils.

I have a retail store and would like to stock your candles, do you wholesale?

I do offer wholesaling! If you are interested in purchasing some products for your shop, contact me and we can discuss the details.
