Shipping

Unless an alternative arrangement is made, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

If a package is returned to the shop due to an error on the customer’s end, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping the package. If a package is returned to the shop due to an error on our end, we will pay the cost of re-shipping.

Returns

I typically do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me with photos of the damage, and please include your order number so that I can easily locate your order information. For damaged products, I offer a couple of options on a case by case basis. You may either have a replacement item (identical to the original) sent out, or a refund. The amount refunded will only be equal to the cost of items; the shipping cost is non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are typically granted if I have not begun working on your order. If your order is marked as β€œprocessing”, this means that I have started working on it. Refunds are only granted after receiving an order if the product is damaged in some way. Not liking how it looks, smells, etc. will not grant you a refund. Requested refunds that are accepted after receiving the item, will be equal to the cost of the items and do not include the cost of shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
